We stand behind GEX Edge as an educational tool. This policy describes when we will issue a refund. Refunds cover the product experience — they do not depend on trading outcomes.
1. 7-day satisfaction window
If you're not satisfied with GEX Edge as an educational tool within seven (7) days of your first paid charge (the intro charge, if applicable, or your first monthly charge if you skipped the intro), email hello@gexedge.com from your account email and we will issue a full refund of that first charge.
2. After the 7-day window
After the 7-day window, charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time via the in-dashboard billing portal — cancellation stops future charges immediately, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual plan
The 7-day window applies to annual plans as well. After 7 days, annual charges are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate cancellations on the annual plan.
4. What this policy does not cover
- Trading results — refunds are never tied to whether a position you opened gained or lost money.
- Disagreements with the structured commentary — the interpretation is one possible read, not a recommendation.
- Outages, errors, or changes at upstream data providers — we do our best, but we're not the source of truth for options data.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing question, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process and refund you the same day if eligible.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@gexedge.com from the email address on your GEX Edge account. Include your Stripe receipt or the last four digits of your card if available. Most eligible refunds process within one business day.
